NEWSFLASH: The Guy Who Killed 17 Civilians Was a Bad Man
Sounds like the guy had brain damage prior to his Iraqi deployments. The atrocity was not committed on base nor was it committed while he was on duty, He should, and it would do wonders for US-Afghan relations, be given over to the Afghan courts.
