...and to whom do these additional fines that OBumbler proposes go to?
What we need is an amendment the makes all fines and tickets go to charity with no connections to the government agency that issues them.
I'll never have any institutional power, I'll never be given a chairmanship. The only two things I have are my voice and my vote, and I have to use them as effectively as I can.
