Looks like Al Qaeda is committing genocide against black Libyans thanks to your tax money. The consequences of the Obama Foreign policy - advocate the overthrow of governments that have been mildly friendly to US interests, while doing nothing but threaten countries that have been hostile to the US while they beat, shoot, and bomb their populace back under control.
