A lot of those union workers that were celebrating tonight can look forward to receiving pink slips soon, that measure was an attempt to save their job. I, for one, am glad it failed, we need LESS people on the dole, not the same amount the Pubs are trying to keep. The unions don't know it, but they are working to their own demise as their contracts can no longer be afforded...
I'll never have any institutional power, I'll never be given a chairmanship. The only two things I have are my voice and my vote, and I have to use them as effectively as I can.
