If I hire someone to break into my neighbor's house to steal from him, I am an organized thief.
If I hire lawyers, vote them into congress and have them steal from my neighbor, then I am probably a Marxist but that is such a nasty word, I'll tell everyone I am a compassionate Democrat.... but really I am still a thief.
