New workout

It's never to early to start getting in shape for Sumer so I thought I'd share a new rountine, as usual you'll want to consult a Dr. before starting and START EASY! I can't stress enough how important it is to not overdue it the first few weeks, especialy if you haven't exercised im awhile.
