Distracted Driving Now?

When those cars come out that automatically drive themselves [and it's not far off, Google has been test driving them on Cali highways for over a year] there will be a lot of lost revenue for local governments who will no longer be able to fleece the populace demanding they spend hours in court for an arraignment, to come back and spend hours more for a pretrial, to come back and spend hours more for a trial where the Judge will take the cop's word over yours no matter how contradictory his statements are.
